Corrosion Inhibition of Q235 Steel by Acid Ionic Liquidin in HCl Solution

Corrosion inhibition effect of N(4sulfonic acid) butyl triethylammonium hydrogen sulfate((CH2)4SO3HTEA\]\[HSO4]) acid ionic liquid(IL) towards Q235 steel corrosion in 0.5 mol/L HCl solution was investigated by electrochemical measurements in 25 ℃. The results show that the IL suppressed corrosion processes of Q235 steel in HCl solutionand the best performance of inhibition could be obtained with the concentration of inhibitor 14 mmol/L. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) demonstrates that the protectiue film is formed by adsorption on the Q235steel surface, which can cover the reative center and inhibit the Q235 steel corrosion in HCl solution.

With Fourier transform of infrared spectroscopy and smart performance sampling, 50 plastic woven bags of different types and different places were analyzed. According to different absorption peaks of infrared spectra, the polymer material (plastic bag) samples were divided into two categories. According to the peak number, peak position, peak shape and relative peak height ratio, we can distinguish each type of sample. At the same time we test the repeatability of the method and the minimum detectable amount. This method does not destroy samples under inspect and has good repeatability. Therefore, it can be used to characterize polymer materials (plastic woven bag).

Steam injection boiler is one of the main power and energy consumption equipments in oil thermal production. Generally, the high temperature saturated water enthalpy which is separated by the steam separator is used through the heat exchanger. However the water treatment system of the steam injection boiler is so simple and the separated saturated water is rich in calcium,magnesium and other ions which are easy to foul pipe surface and affects the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchange equipment. Comparing with the case of no using the equipment, the screw expander which is of a selfcleaning ability recycled the waste heat of the saturated water, which can improve the thermal efficiency by 10.2% and save about 4.56×107 kW·h amount to 18 422.4 t of standard coal in the service period. The effect is significant.

Online Detection System of Bottled Beers’ Volume Based DSP

A new online detection system for bottled beers was presented. The volume of beer was determined by detecting real-time the height of beer in the bottle. The system is mainly used to examine online whether the volume of beer meets the requirements. The system consists of high-speed image sensors with window functions and DSP. The developed software provides a boundary detection algorithm to detect liquid level. The system holds the following features:high detection rate, that is, each bottle detection time is less than 50 ms|nonsensibility to the external lighting and bubbles in bottles|saving photoelectric sensors because of the use of image processing technology positioning beer bottles|small volume, easy to install in the fields.

A detection method of foamed slag height based on computer vision was put forth. The image of self-made foamed slag in high temperature stove was gathered several times in laboratory,and the digital image was processed by computer. The contour line of foamed dreg was displayed in real-time on CRT monitor in the form of black and white image. According to the calibration tail of contour background,the actual height of foamed slag in stove can be observed directly. Compared with the experimental results of several kinds of traditional edge detection algorithms, it approves that this edge detection method has better immunity and adaptability.

Struts is a classic framework based on the MVC model, which integrates Java Servlets, Java ServerPages, self-defining tag and message resources into a whole framework. The software thinking of 3G communication of support services based on struts framework was discussed. According to the work principle of struts, the detailed design and implement were completed by using some software such as Windows 2000, SQL Server 2000, Tomcat 5.0 and JDK development environment. The advantages of the struts and website establishment were presented through detailed codes.

The characteristics, the function, and the structural design of the organization -tree were analyzed.The method of implementing the dynamic organization-tree in MS SQL S ERVER2000 was introduced .Aiming at the problem that , in the process of dynamically generating organization-tree , the application program manipulates the database frequently and leads to the low efficiency of the system running , a detailed solution scheme for applying the storage process of background database and trigger technique with VC ++6.0 was given.The practical running results show that the system is of stability , keeps business records accurately , and polls information quickly .
